ACWS ACQUISITION SUPPORT
CHALLENGE
Award a contract to a qualified bidder for a new Army Contract Writing System, designed for a paperless environment that will allow contracting professionals to save time, gain efficiencies and replace an aging legacy system. Accomplish this by working in close coordination with Army leadership, their staffs, and end users.

SERVICES PROVIDED
ZYGOS proactively wrote an acquisition strategy for the program, and all other documentation required for meeting the appropriate acquisition milestones in accordance with DoDI 5000.02 and other pertinent policies and guidance.

RESULT
At the time of ZYGOS’ disengagement from the program, the program’s acquisition strategy and other documentation had been fully written and was at a very high level of maturity for the future use of the PMO.
