ZYGOS Consulting was awarded a subcontract under Cask, LLC’s prime contract with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). ZYGOS will assist DSCA with Information Technology (IT) portfolio management services for the DSCA IT Directorate leadership team including the DSCA Chief Information Officer (CIO).

DSCA is a Department of Defense (DoD) agency reporting to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and has responsibility for directing, administering, and providing policy guidance for the execution of security cooperation programs. 

This new award builds on ZYGOS’ long-standing support to DSCA. ZYGOS has provided acquisition consulting to DSCA for over three years in the Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution (SCES) program, a Tri-Service Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case execution.
